Refund & Exchange Policy: Replacement within 14 days from the date of purchase on the invoice.
1. The exchange takes place in the event that there is a manufacturing defect in the product or it does not meet the standard specifications.
2. In the event that the product is returned, it must contain all the accessories of the package that came with it, such as free materials, gift vouchers, and others.
3. The amount deducted by debit cards or credit cards is returned to the account.
4. Shipping and delivery of the returned goods shall be borne by the customer.
5. The site does not bear any technical malfunctions outside of it that result to the customer during the purchase process.
6. Refunds are made in the same payment method.
7. Video games and software are not refundable.
8. Health and beauty products cannot be replaced due to health reasons, unless they have a manufacturing defect.
9. Computers of all kinds, mobile phones, printers and inks of all kinds are not subject to return or exchange unless they have a manufacturing defect..
10. In the event of return and unavailability of the same goods, negotiations are made with the customer to choose another product or other options agreed upon.
11. The duration and life cycle of refunding the amount depends on the systems of the approved banks.

المبلغ الذي تم خصمه عن طريق بطاقات الخصم المباشر او بطاقات الائتمان يتم ارجاعه غلى الحساب
شحن وتوصيل البضاعه المرجعه يتحملها الزبون
لا يتحمل الموقع اي اعطال فنية خارجه عنه تنتج للزبون اثناء عملية الشراء
يتم ارجاع المبالغ بنفس طريقة الدفع التي تمت
ألعاب الفيديو والبرمجيات غير قابله للرد
المنتجات الصحية والتجميل لايمكن استبدالها نظرا لاسباب صحيه وذلك مالم يكن بها عيب تصنيع
الحواسيب بكافة أنواعها والهواتف النقاله والطابعات والأحبار بكافة انواعها لاتخضع للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال مالم يكن بها عيب تصنيع
في حالة الارجاع وعدم توفر نفس البضاعه يتم التفاوض مع الزبون لاختيار منتج اخر او خيارات أخرى يتفق عليها
مدة ودورة حياة استرجاع المبلغ يعتمد على انظمة البنوك المعتمده
