في حالة الدفع عن طريق الانترنت ( أونلاين) سيستلم العميل إشعارا على الشاشة فور قبول عملية الدفع. لانتحمل أي مسؤولية لو تم رفض عملية الدفع أو إلغائها من قبل مزود خدمة البطاقة الإئتمانية لأي سبب من الأسباب. يجب عليك التأكد من البنك المزود لخدمة البطاقة الإئتمانية عن سبب الرفض.

نحن لانقوم بتخزين معلومات بطاقتك الإئتمانية على الموقع الإلكتروني.إن جميع المعلومات والتفاصيل التي تقوم بإدخالها من خلال بوابة الدفع الإلكترونية يتم تشفيرها بغرض الحماية الأمنية، ويتم أيضا تشفير المراسلات المتداولة من و إلى موقع مقدم الخدمة.

لانقوم بتقديم أي من معلومات الدفع التي تمت عن طريق الموقع إلى شركات أخرى أو جهات فردية إلا إذا تم طلبها من قبل جهة رسمية قانونية. تتم معالجة هذه المعلومات من قبل مأمور الدفع لدينا.

يجب عليك التأكد من المعلومات المتعلقة ببطاقتك الإئتمانية التي تستخدمها في الدفع للخدمات الإلكترونية بأن تكون صحيحة و سارية المفعول والتزام الدقة ، ويجب عليك استخدام البطاقة الإئتمانية التابعة قانونيا لك. لن يتم استخدام أو مشاركة معلوماتك الشخصية من قبل الخدمات الإلكترونية مع أي طرف ثالث ويستثنى من ذلك التحقق من شرعية المعلومات وعدم تزويرها أو عند طلبها من القانون أو الأنظمة الشرعية أو بطلب من المحكمة. لن تكون خدمة الموقع الإلكتروني (أونلاين) مسؤولة بأي شكل من الأشكال عن تزوير البطاقات الإئتمانية. سيتم تحميلك كافة المسؤوليات عن استخدام البطاقات الإئتمانية المزورة وستكون مسؤولا بشكل كامل عن اثبات خلاف ذلك.

في حال عدم تمكننا من توفير الطلب أو جزء منه فسنبلغك مباشرة بهذا الخصوص . سيتم إرجاع كامل أو جزء من المبلغ المدفوع بواسطة البطاقة الإئتمانية التي استخدمتها لدفع مبلغ الطلب.

إن استخدامك لخدمة الدفع الإلكتروني (أونلاين) لموقعنا الإلكتروني هو بمثابة موافقة ضمنية لالتزامك بهذه الشروط .في حال عدم موافقتك لأي بند من بنود هذه الشروط فنرجوا منك عدم استخدام هذه الخدمة.

إلغاء الطلب:

إلغاء الطلب من قبل مدينة خبراء التقنية الموقع الالكتروني تحتفظ بحق إلغاء الطلب لأي سبب من الأسباب التالية

• رفض/ عدم قبول عملية الدفع

• شراء العميل أكثر من طلبيات تم الاشارة إليها في العرض.

• إذا كان عنوان التوصيل المعطى من قبل الزبون خاطئاً أو كانت معلومات الاتصال خاطئة أو لعدم القدرة على الوصول إلى الزبون.

• عدم حضور الزبون/العميل أو تأخره عن استلام الطلب لأكثر من 7 أيام لاستلام طلبه المدفوع بواسطة الانترنت( أونلاين) لخدمة “الاستلام من المعرض“.

إلغاء الطلب من طرف العميل: للمتابعة في عملية إلغاء الطلب ، يجب عليك الإتصال بنا أولا. باستطاعتك إلغاء طلبك لأي سبب من الأسباب التالية:

• إذا لم يتم توصيل أو شحن الطلب إليك. في حال تم الإلغاء بعد شحن أو إرسال الطلب سيتم فرض رسوم إلغاء عليك. نحتفظ بالحق التام لمطابقة الوقت الذي تم فيه شحن طلبك مع الوقت الذي ارسلت فيه طلب الإلغاء.

• قد لايمكننا توفير/ توصيل المنتج/الخدمة المطلوبة في التوصيل المحلي في غضون مدة زمنية معقولة وهي (15) أيام عمل من يوم تأكيد الطلب.، أما التوصيل العالمي فيعتمد على ما تحدده شركات الشحن الدوليه

الضمان:

– لا تتحمل مدينة خبراء التقنية أي اعطال متعمده في المنتج كتغيير في الفلوت، التأثر بالسوائل، الرطوبه الزائده، الكسر نتيجة السقوط او الصدمات وغيرها

– جميع انواع الاسلاك والشواحن لايشملها الضمان

التقسيط بواسطة البطاقات الائتمانية:

مدينة خبراء التقنية الموقع الالكتروني لديها خطط وخيارات متعددة للتقسيط بالبطاقة الإتمانية، هذه الخطط تتغير بشكل منتظم بالاعتماد على شركة مدينة خبراء التقنية والعروض البنكية. علماً بأن بعض خطط التقسيط تكون حصرياً للموقع وغير متوفرة بالمتجر. جميع الخطط تخضع لرسوم على العمليات، يرجى الاطلاع على عملية الدفع لمزيد من التفاصيل. تجد أحدث خطط التقسيط وكذلك البنوك المشاركة عند عمليات الدفع.

لا حاجة للاتصال بالبنك لتحديد عملية الدفع، على أي حال فإن مجموع قيمة الطلب سوف تقفل حتى تتم عملية التقسيط من خلال البنك. حسب سياسات البنك فإنه لا يتم عمل إرجاع على أي طلب بالتقسيط. كل عمليات التقسيط لديها أدنى قيمة للطلب، يرجى الاطلاع على عملية الدفع لمزيد من التفاصيل. مدينة خبراء التقنية غير مسؤولة عن خطة التقسيط أو التوضيحات المالية لذلك، إنها مسؤولية العميل والبنك معاً، حيث أن مدينة خبراء التقنية لا تتحمل أي مسؤولية فيما يتعلق بالمطابقة المالية وعملية التقسيط.

سياسة حجز المنتجات:

فى حاله عدم استلام المنتج المباع لمده أقصاها 10 أيام من تاريخ الشراء, فان مدينة خبراء التقنية لن تكون مسؤله عن تواجد المنتح بمخازنها و سنضطر اسفين لالغاء الفاتوره. ويحق للعميل استرجاع المبلغ المدفوع فقط بحسب السياسه والشروط المعتاده.

التعديل على قائمة الشروط والأحكام:

مدينة خبراء التقنية لها مطلق الحق بأي وقت بتعديل الاحكام والشروط للموقع الإلكتروني بدون إشعار أو تنبيه مسبق. يمكنك الدخول إلى أحدث نسخة من الأحكام والشروط في أي وقت على الموقع الإلكتروني. في حالة عدم قبولك للتعديلات على للشروط و الأحكام فيجب عليك التوقف عن استخدام هذه الخدمة. في حال استمرارك باستخدام هذه الخدمة فإنك توافق ضمنيا على الالتزام بالبنود المعدلة على الشروط والاحكام في استخدام هذا الموقع.
